Currently, we are seeking a talented Order Processor and Picker to support our thriving retail and wholesale business. This is a customer-focused role, engaging with clients via phone and email.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently process customer orders through phone and email communication.
• Precise input of orders into the operational system.
• Accurately pick and pack shipments for dispatch.
• Willingly undertake additional duties as required, supporting the wider team.

Qualifications
A welcoming, adaptable attitude is essential.
Previous experience in customer service roles.
Familiarity with warehouse picking processes (RF scanner experience not required).
