About the Role
This is a hands-on technical delivery role within a newly formed Agent Builder organization, focused on building and launching enterprise-grade AI agents end-to-end. You will own the full implementation lifecycle for strategic customers, from initial scoping and systems design through integration, evaluation, and scale. The team exists to bring specialization and rigour to agent build quality, and your work will directly shape how enterprise customers experience conversational AI.
What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from scoping and systems design through implementation and launch.

Translate customer requirements into detailed build plans, configuring and writing key agent components in Python.

Validate API integrations and ensure agents perform reliably at scale across voice, chat, email, and other channels.

Partner closely with Agent PMs, Customer Success, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to create tight build and feedback loops.

Interface directly with senior technical stakeholders on the customer side to define success criteria and drive outcomes.

Surface platform gaps and influence the evolution of the agent-building product based on real customer delivery needs.
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record shipping technical solutions end-to-end for customers, ideally at a technically complex B2B SaaS company.

Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience working with APIs and building integrations.

Strong CS fundamentals, demonstrated through a degree in Computer Science or equivalent signal from high-calibre engineering experience.

Experience building agent workflows, conversational systems, or automation workflows is a strong plus.

Familiarity building with or around LLMs and AI agents is a strong plus.

Comfortable balancing hands-on technical execution with structured thinking in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: CAD 150,000 to CAD 200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This role is on-site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
