Care Coordinator
Rebalance Sports Medicine – Yonge & Adelaide

Location: 110 Yonge Street, Toronto, On, M5C 1T4
Are you passionate and dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s health and wellness? If so, we’re looking for a well-rounded Care Coordinator to join our team at Rebalance Sports Medicine – Yonge & Adelaide, a branch of Lifemark Health Group.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and provide information to clients and referral source
- Process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes
- Collect payment at time of service
- Coordinate scheduling of client appointments
- Assist clients with completing paperwork at the clinic
- Obtain and promote Google reviews
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
- Assist with laundry, clean-up, and general tidiness of clinic
Qualifications & Core Competences:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Attention to detail and accuracy with follow through on all tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience in a similar role is a strong asset
