About Tiny Health

Tiny Health is advancing lifelong health, from the first 1,000 days to the last, and addressing chronic disease through precision microbiome science. Founded in 2020 and built by microbiome scientists and physicians, our testing platform reveals whether your microbiome is trending toward resilience or imbalances using shotgun metagenomics, proprietary AI, and one of the world’s largest longitudinal datasets. Trusted by families and health practitioners alike, our research-backed gut and vaginal tests are redefining the microbiome as a cornerstone of personalized health through every life stage. The Opportunity

The Digital Experience Manager leads the strategy, design, and optimization of all digital touchpoints for our health and wellness brand. Your goal is to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that empower users to take care of their health. You’ll lead the reliability, platform migration, and conversion optimization of Tiny Health’s digital storefront. You will bridge the gap between site reliability, brand quality, and revenue growth — owning everything from uptime and incident response to our Webflow-to-code-based migration and CRO experimentation. Your goal is to keep poweredbytiny.com and TH.com fast, accurate, and always available, while unlocking meaningful conversion growth quarter over quarter.

What You’ll Do

  • User Journey & Product Optimization: Own the end-to-end digital user journey across websites, mobile apps, and member portals. Optimize operational efficiency for web and app platforms.

  • User-Centric Design (UX/UI): Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and user-first design principles tailored to diverse health consumers and patients.

  • Content & Reputation Strategy: Oversee web content management systems (CMS) and digital reputation touchpoints to ensure trust, accuracy, and brand alignment. Catch the errors, edge cases, and missing details that would otherwise reach production, protecting brand reputation and revenue from avoidable mistakes.

  • Own reliability: Maintain site uptime and monitoring, keep critical incidents (site-down, broken checkout, tracking blackout) to a minimum, and drive a fast, level-headed resolution when they do happen.

  • Data & Performance Analytics & CRO Testing: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Analyze user behavior to run CRO A/B tests and improve conversion rates and engagement.

  • Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Ensure all digital pathways respect health data privacy standards (such as HIPAA, PIPEDA, or local equivalent regulations) and maintain high security and trust.

  • Lead the platform migration: Take poweredbytiny.com and TH.com off Webflow and onto a code-based stack alongside a brand refresh, protecting page speed, tracking/attribution, and organic SEO/GEO traffic through the transition.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, IT, clinical operations, and product teams to roll out new features, content updates, and online scheduling tools.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in web or digital experience management, ideally including direct ownership of a site migration or replatform

  • Direct accountability for uptime, monitoring, and incident response on a live website

  • Track record designing and shipping CRO/experimentation programs built on clean hypotheses and statistically valid reads

  • Strong technical fluency — able to evaluate a developer’s work well enough to catch problems before launch, without writing the code themselves

  • Advanced familiarity with web analytics and testing tools (e.g., GA4) and ad tracking/attribution systems.

  • Experience managing external development teams, contractors, or agencies to scope, budget, and deadline

  • Excellent written communication, able to explain a complex technical decision so a non-technical stakeholder can act on it without a follow-up call

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

  • Work experience in DTC health/wellness companies

  • Experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack

  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Experience in DTC/e-commerce or consumer health and wellness

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to scope and QA a developer’s work

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Proficiency in Slack

How we work

  • A mission that actually pulls people in
We make the microbiome measurable and actionable at every life stage, and real people write in to say it’s life-changing.

  • Remote-first, real overlap
Our FTEs are based in North America and work core hours from 9am–6pm CST, shiftable by up to two hours either way — start at 7am or 11am, wrap at 4pm or 8pm.

  • Written first, huddle second, meet last
Default to a clear Slack post, huddle when a thread stalls, and meet only to make a real decision.

  • Fast, but never sloppy
Do the two-month thing in two weeks, then check the work—shipping errors is rework, not speed.

  • Shape what we build, not just how we build it
There’s no playbook waiting for you, so write it—and bring the alternative, not just the objection.

  • Day One mentality
Fewer titles and layers; process is a guardrail where it counts, never the reason something didn’t ship.

  • No hidden agendas
Numbers, misses, and feedback are shared openly and in real time, so you always know where you stand.

  • High standards, genuinely fun people
Take the work seriously and ourselves much less—high-performing and fun to be around is the hiring bar.

  • Is this pace for you?
Venture-scaled and on a steep trajectory, with intensity in spikes, fiercely protected flexibility, and faster growth than anywhere else.

Our Values
