Are you graduating in Spring 2027 and ready to take the first step in your professional journey? Join us for our in-person Hiring Day event at our Toronto (October 27th) or Waterloo (October 29th) offices. This will be a dynamic opportunity to connect, learn, and explore your future with GHD! 

This event is designed for students who are: 

• Graduating in Spring 2027 (Already graduated? Check out our Work at GHD | Careers | GHD site for opportunities)
• Have less than 2 years of formal work experience (internships and experience not related to the role is not included as part of the formal work experience)
• Are authorized to work in Canada in permanent and ongoing basis

During the Hiring Day, you’ll:

• Attend engagement sessions to learn more about GHD’s mission, values, and career paths with our young professionals and leaders 
• Network with fellow graduates and GHD professionals across all experience levels 
• Be interviewed for the role you were selected and if you´re successful, you´ll receive an offer to start growing your career with us as soon as you graduate!

As part of the selection process, once you apply to the role of your preference and if you meet minimum requirements, you’ll be invited to complete a HireVue video interview and assessment and respond a few pre-screening questions. Candidates who successfully progress through the initial screening stage will be contacted by our recruitment team and invited to move forward in the Hiring Day process.

Remember that this is an in person event and you´ll be required to attend to either Toronto or Waterloo office and should you move to the next stage you´ll receive an offer in the next few days of the event.
