Recently, we’ve established a new immigration services division and are actively seeking a long-term partner – an immigration consultant open to part-time employment with a combination of salary and commission at our Oakville location. Our focus is on engaging with the Canadian startup visa programs and the Business Immigration segment. We are in search of a Regulated IRCC consultant to join us either as an employee or a subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and provide guidance on immigration processes.
• Submit immigration applications, ensuring compliance with IRCC regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements:

• Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designation.
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
• Proven experience in handling startup visa programs and Business Immigration cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Please note that the RCIC will be required to designate the employer firm or its Director as an authorized agent as per the guidelines of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Further information on this can be provided and confirmed with the college after the application.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive part-time salary of $50/hr with additional commission-based incentives.

Schedule: Hybrid on and off site based on client’s availability
