Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into
working, tested applications.

This includes:

developing
detailed programming specifications
writing
and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and
conducting unit tests.
resolving
and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and
operation of software packages, including technical assistance in
implementation, conversion and migrations.

General Skills:

Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software
package support at the specified experience level
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the
Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in structured methodologies for the development,
design, implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience in design, code, test, debug and document
applications
Experience in the use of object and/or third generation
language development tools
Experience in one or more programming languages
Experience in application design, latest design patters,
deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database
technologies
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages

Additional Skills for Oracle Software Developer:

Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle
E-Business application customizations and extensions.
Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable
Collection modules
Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL,
XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts
Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle
E-Business
Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related
to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND
Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse,
ETL methodologies and OBIEE
Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application
Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership
abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from
technical perspective

5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM ,
J2EE and etc
5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/

configuring / developing.
Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules,
Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business

Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web
Templates.
Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and
Methods.
Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above
certification.
Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model,
Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
Experience in UI integration (embedding external application
in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager

Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an
asset
Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
