Position: Senior Java Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer – Full Stack to
design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise platform
capabilities across user interface, service, API, workflow, integration, and
data access layers. This role is responsible for building reusable platform
services that support multiple business programs while implementing
service-specific integrations for modern enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects,
product managers, business analysts, UX designers, QA specialists, DevOps
engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure,
scalable, observable, and maintainable software solutions. The role also
provides technical leadership through design reviews, estimation, code reviews,
testing, troubleshooting, mentoring, documentation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,
  develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise platform
  applications.
• Translate
  approved technical specifications into secure, tested, and maintainable
  software solutions.
• Develop
  detailed programming specifications and application code.
• Design
  and develop frontend, backend, API, integration, workflow, middleware, and
  data access components.
• Build
  and maintain Java-based microservices, REST APIs, RESTful web services,
  and reusable platform services.
• Develop
  and maintain database objects, queries, data transformations, conversion
  routines, and integration components.
• Implement
  security gateways and protocols, including identity, access management,
  token-based authentication, certificates, and secure communications.
• Create
  and maintain automated unit, integration, API, database, and user
  interface tests.
• Participate
  in design walkthroughs, code reviews, estimation activities, sprint
  planning, release planning, and technical decision-making.
• Review
  and modify build, configuration, installation, and deployment scripts.
• Troubleshoot
  technical issues during development, migration, deployment, and
  operational activities.
• Collaborate
  with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development
  lifecycle.
• Provide
  production support and continuously improve application performance,
  reliability, extensibility, and maintainability.
• Prepare
  and maintain technical, deployment, support, and user documentation.
• Provide
  technical guidance while ensuring delivery commitments are met.

Required Experience

• Ten
  or more years of experience designing and developing large-scale,
  multi-client web applications or equivalent senior-level software
  development experience.
• Extensive
  hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong
  experience working with Oracle, SQL, or comparable relational database
  technologies.
• Significant
  experience with REST APIs and RESTful web services.
• Experience
  translating system specifications into working applications, including
  coding, debugging, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
• Experience
  with microservice architecture and architecture best practices.
• Strong
  understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns,
  refactoring, and clean code principles.
• Experience
  developing Internet-ready applications.
• Experience
  working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience
  with relational and hierarchical databases, query optimization, and data
  access components.
• Experience
  with security technologies including JSON Web Tokens (JWT), OAuth 2.0, and
  SSL certificates.
• Experience
  with middleware, enterprise integrations, communications protocols, and
  data migration activities.
• Experience
  using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for source control, build, testing,
  and deployment pipelines.
• Experience
  conducting code reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical
  troubleshooting activities.
• Experience
  working with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience
  supporting implementation, conversion, migration, and post-implementation
  activities.
