Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe preparation of food and beverage ingredients including temperature recording
  • Provide service to customers ensuring correct and efficient order completion while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great customer relations at all times
  • Develop the skill set to work at each station (sandwiches, bagels, drinks…)
  • Comply with maintenance of food rotation to minimize spoilage
  • Adherence to policies and standards as outlined in the Marek Hospitality Employee Handbook and by Tim Hortons as well as all workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

The Competencies and Qualifications Needed…

  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing great service
  • Ability to lift (10kgs.), pull & push heavy loads & be exposed to extreme temperatures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
  • Able to follow directions
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
