PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Systems
Analyst to support a business-critical Human Capital Management (HCM)
environment. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and
stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, support
operational needs, and deliver enhancements within a large-scale PeopleSoft
ecosystem.

This role is ideal for an experienced PeopleSoft
professional with strong expertise in HCM, system analysis, design, upgrades,
and enterprise-level application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work
  with project teams to develop business systems and applications that align
  with business priorities and operational needs.
• Analyze
  business requirements related to Human Resources programs and service
  delivery processes.
• Provide
  business systems consulting expertise and guidance on the effective use of
  PeopleSoft technologies.
• Recommend
  system configurations and development approaches that best meet business
  requirements.
• Provide
  technical expertise and advice on complex systems analysis and design
  initiatives.
• Lead
  and coordinate the development of production support procedures.
• Support
  ongoing production and operational activities.
• Evaluate
  ERP technology options and provide recommendations outlining advantages
  and disadvantages of alternative solutions.
• Collaborate
  with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend effective
  system solutions.
• Participate
  in enterprise HCM system modernization and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

PeopleSoft Expertise

• Extensive
  experience with PeopleSoft HCM technologies.
• Strong
  understanding of system design principles and methodologies.
• Experience
  with:
• PeopleSoft
  HCM
• PUM
  Upgrades
• PeopleTools
  Upgrades
• Fluid
  Interface Development
• Classic
  and Classic+ pages

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated
  ability to design, develop, test, and implement enterprise business
  solutions.
• Strong
  understanding of the full system development lifecycle.
• Experience
  supporting and enhancing:
• Human
  Resources (HR)
• Absence
  Management
• Time
  and Labour
• Payroll
• Benefits
  Administration

Analysis & Consulting Skills

• Experience
  evaluating ERP technology options and recommending solution approaches.
• Ability
  to assess business processes and align solutions with organizational IT
  strategies.
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Excellent
  verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
  to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong
  written communication skills for documentation, reports, and
  presentations.
• Proven
  ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and achieve
  business objectives.

Project & Change Management

• Knowledge
  of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience
  leading enterprise HCM change initiatives.
• Understanding
  of change management principles, trends, and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous
  Public Sector experience.
